CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES:
Tratamos de proveer toda la información posible para que escojas el producto correcto, evitando que cambios sean necesarios.
Así mismo, se aceptará el producto para cambios siempre y
cuando:
- No hayan pasado mas de 30 días desde la compra del producto; no
haya sido usado o lavado; y esté en perfecta condiciones.
- Si el producto está defectuoso o dañado, será cambiado en hasta 90 días de la compra del producto.
- Si la dirección equivocada fue ingresada al registrarse y el paquete es retornado a nuestras oficinas, la tarifa del segundo envío será pagada por el cliente.

ANTES DE PEDIR CAMBIO DE PRODUCTO, POR FAVOR, LEA NUESTROS REQUERIMIENTOS DE CAMBIO:
- Verifique que la orden llegó en el tiempo estipulado.
- Cualquier señal de mal estado en el producto lo califica como NO CAMBIABLE.
Si identificamos que el producto para el cambio, no cumple con la reglas
mencionadas, Freak Flops está libre de responsabilidad de efectuar el cambio.

COSTOS DE CAMBIOS INTERNACIONALES
En todos los pedidos internacionales, el cliente pagará cualquier cargo de envío, a no ser que el producto haya llegado defectuoso.

CHANGES AND RETURNS: We strive to provide as much information as possible to help you choose the right product, and to avoid the need for changes. However, we do accept product exchanges as long as:

  • It has not been more than 30 days since the purchase of the product; it has not been used or washed; and it is in perfect condition.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, it can be exchanged within 90 days of purchase.
  • If the wrong address was entered during registration and the package is returned to our offices, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the second shipment.

BEFORE REQUESTING A PRODUCT EXCHANGE, PLEASE READ OUR EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Verify that the order arrived within the estimated time.
  • Any signs of damage to the product disqualify it from being exchanged. If we identify that the product for exchange does not meet the mentioned rules, Freak Flops is not responsible for carrying out the exchange.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE COSTS: For all international orders, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges, unless the product arrived defective.
